Once erected the Pergola stands 2.4m square and 2.4m high, the height can be altered by setting the post into the ground, which could decrease the height by around a foot if desired.
Pergolas are a great addition to a garden, traditionally woody vines are trained to grow around the sturdy cross beams of the pergola, resulting in a shaded space acting much like gazebo. Although Pergolas can be equally used for a purely decorative addition to your garden, the strong beams can support large hanging baskets or you could attach garden lighting for an inviting seating area.
